The Deanship of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, congratulates Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Rubaie, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch, on the occasion of assuming his new position as Rapporteur of the Public Law Branch, wishing him success in his new duties in service of the scientific march in our dear college, our ancient university and our proud Iraq, and also appreciates the good and distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Sami Younis Al-Asali, which Exerts during the period of his assignment to the tasks of the rapporteur.
