On Monday, September 4, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khaled Jassim, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral dissertation tagged “The Reality of the Work of the Nineveh Governorate Council and its Societal Dimensions” by the student Hussein Ali Haji / College of Arts at the University of Mosul. Discussing the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctoral degree, and this participation expresses the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our prestigious university
