Assistant Professor Dr. Habib Idris Issa, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Sunday 9/3/2023 in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral dissertation tagged (Protecting the contract from arbitrary termination, a comparative study) by the student Hazem Abd Aoun / Faculty of Law at the University of Tikrit The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in private law, and this participation reflects the scientific sobriety and the prestigious academic position enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our prestigious university.
