In view of the distinguished scientific efforts of the faculty members in our college in research and writing, and in view of the dedication by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the teachers of the private law branch of law in our college, of his scientific books entitled Reverse Execution in Civil Judicial Judgments / A Comparative Study and the Legal System for False Judgment in the Civil Procedure Code / A comparative study of the Implementation Department in Nineveh Governorate. A letter of thanks and praise was addressed to Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya by Professor Bashar Ahmed Muhammad, General Director of the Implementation Department.
