In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Isser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Branch, headed by Dr. Zeina Hazem Khalaf, and the membership of Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Muhammad and Dr. Raya Sami Younis, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, and a project for registering the thesis of master’s student Jihad Hassan Muhammad was discussed. Tagged (The Legal Center for Foreign Refugees/A Comparative Study within the Scope of Private International Law) under the supervision of Dr. Wissam Tawfiq Abdullah and in the presence of members of the teaching staff of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after introducing some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the branch Private law/private international law.
