Honoring and appreciating
Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Sami Hassan Najm / College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the public law branch, Muhammad Mudar Yahya, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat. Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and in turn congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Sami Hassan Najm, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
