In the interest of the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, to communicate and interact with state departments and institutions and civil society organizations, our college hosted on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, lecturers on the Popular Aid Organization (PAO), where specialized lectures were given on Promoting the right to a fair trial, improving detention conditions, and abolishing torture. The workshop witnessed the presence of our college’s teachers and students, who asked many questions and inquiries about the topic of the workshop, which were answered in detail by those in charge of it. This workshop comes within a series of scientific, research, and academic activities and events for our college within the scope of its endeavors. To enhance the theoretical information that the student received in his university studies through practical applications that have a role in preparing the student practically after his graduation from college and his involvement in the practical reality.
