On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a meeting of the College Council in the presence of all its members, in which the directives of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, Chairman of the University of Mosul Council, regarding the scientific process in our dear university were also conveyed to the Council. Minutes of the meeting of the Public Law Branch Council, in addition to discussing programs related to the legal clinic, psychological counseling, and educational guidance. The Council approved the granting of master’s and doctoral degrees to a number of graduate students whose dissertations and scientific dissertations were accepted. A number of official books received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the presidency of the University were also reviewed. Mosul and directed the scientific branches, divisions and administrative units of the necessity of working in accordance with it. The Council discussed a number of issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions and recommendations regarding them.
