Meeting

Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, met on Monday, October 23, 2023, with the administrative staff of our group. At the beginning of the meeting, he welcomed the honorable attendees, directing everyone to the importance of adhering to the official working hours specified by law, while maintaining the confidentiality of administrative work and taking into account the job hierarchy in accordance with the laws that govern it. Governing the public function, pointing to the importance of social relations between the college staff, considering all of them organizational centers working in an official institution, and humane dealing with references, stressing the college’s strict commitment to the laws that define the duties and obligations of the employee and guarantee his protection. He also listened, for his part, to questions and inquiries directed by the audience. Answering them in detail in accordance with the laws, regulations and instructions. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Assistant Dean wished the attendees success, considering them one of the basic pillars of the administrative process in the college, stressing the readiness of the Dean of the College and the members of the College Council to overcome any dilemma that could arise in the workflow in accordance with the available powers. This meeting comes as As part of a series of periodic meetings of the President and members of the College Council with its scientific and administrative staff.
