scientific promotion
Based on University Order No. 32960/16/9 on 10/23/2023, Ms. Nagham Abdel Sattar Hussein, one of the teaching staff of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of instructor to the rank of assistant professor. In turn, the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam, has been promoted. Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Mrs. Nagham Abdel Sattar Hussein, wishing her more scientific creativity and knowledge giving in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
