The thesis submitted by student Huzaifa Raad Ali in the private law branch dealt with the securities market in which securities such as stocks and bonds are traded and which have become entries in the account, thanks to the abolition of the physical form of the security. By creating a system called the Central Securities Deposit and Registration System, this should be done. Register the securities in the market first so that they can be traded within the market in which they are registered, and any trading outside it is considered invalid.
This thesis aims to explain that securities are stocks and bonds that are tradable in the stock market according to specific conditions. The stock market is the place where transactions related to securities take place publicly through financial intermediaries and on fixed and regular periodic dates under the supervision and control of the competent authorities.
