Based on University Order No. 34071/16/9 on October 30, 2023, Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted to the rank of professor. In turn, the Deanship of the College congratulates the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and Messrs. The members of the college council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, wish him more scientific creativity and cognitive giving in service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
