On Wednesday, the first of November 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a meeting of the College Council in the presence of all its members, in which the directives of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, regarding the scientific process in our dear university were conveyed, with the minutes of the meeting discussed. The Council of the Human Rights Law Branch in its first session, and the Scientific Committee of the above branch met in its second session. The Council also discussed a number of issues related to the Legal Clinic and its scientific and community programs, as well as approving the formation of committees to discuss a number of postgraduate students and granting certificates to those whose dissertations and scientific dissertations were accepted, as the Council directed. The importance of closely following up on the progress of academic lectures for all levels of the college. A number of issues on the agenda were also discussed and appropriate decisions and recommendations were taken regarding them.
