In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, Dr. Hassan Talal Younis, and Dr. Ahmed Fares Idris / College of Law at the University of Mosul in delivering a number of specialized legal lectures in the symposium entitled Protecting Public Money and Enhancing Transparency, which was established by the General Company for Northern Electricity Distribution, my teaching was honored. Our college is presented above with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Engineer Zidane Khalaf Khader, General Manager of the General Company for Northern Electricity Distribution. In turn, the deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the college council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates the honorable teaching staff of our college, wishing them more creativity and giving.
