Under the chairmanship of Dr. Muhammad Younis Yahya and the membership of Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and Dr. Shaima Abdel-Sattar Jabr, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, and a project for registering the dissertation of doctoral student Omar Ahmed Khalil was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff. In view of the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the public law branch.
