Due to the distinguished scientific efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Sami Younis Al-Asali, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in evaluating a number of scientific theses for graduate students at the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Anbar, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Hadi. Mishaan Rabie, Dean of the College above, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of our College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Muhammad Sami Al-Asali, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
