In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, headed by Dr. Ziad Abdel-Wahab Abdallah and the membership of Dr. Suhad Abdel-Jamal Abdel-Karim, Dr. Uday Mohamed Reda, and Dr. Yassin Mayser Aziz, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Sunday, December 24, 2023, and the project of registering the dissertation of the doctoral student, Yacoub, was discussed. Youssef Yaqoub, under the supervision of Dr. Iyad Younis Muhammad and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the public law branch.
