In continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul / one of the teaching staff in the Human Rights Law Branch, has issued the scientific author tagged (The World Bank – Structural Framing and Development in Jobs and Tasks) by the Legal Research Center – Erbil 2023, and this book comes within the efforts of our college teachers and members to provide the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations that provide solutions for everything that is new and innovative, in addition to being considered a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific sources that include modern information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
