In the interest of the presidency of the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, for scientific, cognitive and academic interaction and communication with state departments and institutions, and based on the plans and programs of the Deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim al-Saadi, Dean of our college, and the members of the College Council, Dr. Wissam Nemat signed Ibrahim Al-Saadi, in his capacity as a representative of the University of Mosul, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Popular Relief Organization, which is a non-governmental organization registered in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The memorandum aims to enhance scientific, cognitive and academic cooperation with the University of Mosul and its colleges and research centers and work to develop scientific plans and spread the culture of human rights. And building peace with awareness and education of the importance of peaceful coexistence and democracy and its role in achieving societal stability. The memorandum also addressed the importance of knowledge sources and cooperation in establishing cultural and community activities and supervising graduation projects for students in the final grades, e-learning…etc. The above memorandum comes within a series of agreements and memorandums of understanding for the University of Mosul. Its colleges aim to enhance scientific cooperation with state departments and institutions, considering our university a scientific edifice and knowledge structure that has a societal role in scientific advancement and community communication by providing it with specialized legal expertise that contributes to serving society and its various segments.
