Under the chairmanship of Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein and the membership of Dr. Yousry Walid Ibrahim, Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, and Dr. Fathi Ali Fathi, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Tuesday, January 8, 2024, and the project for registering the thesis of doctoral student Ali Ihsan Tilly was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad and in the presence of members of the committee. The teaching branch of the branch, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the private law branch.
