In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed by Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali and the membership of Dr. Raqeeb Muhammad Jassim, Dr. Soha Hamid Salim, and Dr. Faris Muhammad Hussein, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Saturday, January 13, 2024, and a dissertation registration project was discussed. Doctoral student Zahraa Riyad Ali, under the supervision of Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the public law branch.
