In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Water Resources, Eng. Aoun Dhiyab, and the Minister’s deputies, advisors, and general directors in the Ministry, the Assistant Lecturer, Yaqoub Youssef Yaqoub, one of the doctoral students studying in the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, on the occasion of Iraqi Legislation Day, gave a specialized legal scientific lecture on the role of the legal employee working in departments.
