Due to the distinguished efforts exerted by Professor Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, one of the teachers of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul / Chairman of the Central Academic Promotions Committee in the Presidency of the University of Mosul, and his role in completing academic promotion transactions with speed and high accuracy, which had a great impact in advancing the scientific process in Our dear university, which is now full of academic titles in all sciences and knowledge, which is reflected in the quality of the outputs represented by our university’s graduates at the levels of primary and postgraduate studies, has therefore honored the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the distinguished members of the College Council, Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, with a letter of thanks.
