College of Law

On Thursday, February 8, 2024, the College of Law at the University of Mosul participated in the activities of the Prophet of Mercy Festival in its second edition, which was held at the University of Mosul upon a kind invitation from the General Secretariat of the Holy Abbasid Shrine. The festival witnessed an academic research review of the biography of the Noble Prophet, poetry sections, and religious inscriptions. It sings of the love of our Prophet Muhammad, may the best prayers and peace be upon him, in addition to a religious competition, exhibitions of books and pictures, and cultural stations. It is worth noting that our college had previously participated in the first edition of the above festival. It also strives, in cooperation with the presidency of the University of Mosul, its colleges and research centers, to enhance scientific cooperation, communication and knowledge, and participate in Activities and events held by state departments and institutions and civil society organizations and providing support to them in a way that contributes to spreading cultural awareness and strengthening the societal structure to reach an advanced society that contributes to human flourishing and cultural development.
