On Tuesday, February 13, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the opening of the art exhibition by the artist Ahmed Khalil Al-Rubaie in the gallery hall / French-Iraqi Cultural Institute in Mosul. The exhibition included artistic paintings using oil techniques for subjects Inspired by Iraqi heritage and history mixed with different civilizations and a modernist vision
