Under the chairmanship of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki, Assistant Professor Dr. Isser Essam Daoud, and Assistant Professor Dr. Manhal Abdel-Ghani Mustafa, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Sunday, February 18, 2024, and the project for registering the dissertation of doctoral student Hussein Nayef Yahya was discussed. Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mustafa Nateq Saleh and in the presence of members of the branch’s teaching staff, and after reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study is in the private law branch.
