Intensive workshop in commercial arbitration
Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and the members of the College Council, and with the follow-up of Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh and Dr. Badran Shakib Abdul Rahman, our college’s student team participating in the finals of the Student Commercial Arbitration Competition participated in the intensive training workshop on commercial arbitration that was held in the capital. Baghdad, under the supervision of the United Nations Development Programme
On Monday, February 26, 2024, this participation comes within the plans of the Deanship of our college to prepare its student team in preparation for participation in the in-person sessions of the student commercial arbitration competition, which will be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in early March 2024.
