Within the framework of scientific and research cooperation between the College of Law at the University of Mosul and the College of Law at the University of Dohuk, Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, a faculty member in the Human Rights Law branch, participated in the committee to discuss his doctoral thesis titled (The principle of legislative proportionality and the role of the constitutional judiciary in monitoring it – a comparative study) This discussion comes to express the scientific status of the teaching staff in our college and their vital role in enhancing the scientific integrity of research, dissertations, and scientific dissertations with legal aspects.
