Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the teachers of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in training our college team participating in the commercial arbitration competition held by the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Center, Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Center. Above, in turn, the Deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
