The thesis submitted by researcher Faleh Haider Khader in the private law branch dealt with moral influence and its effect on the will of the party affected by it. Thus, one party to the contract has authority over the other party, and it differs from the rest of the defects of will in that moral influence requires the existence of a relationship between the party affected by the moral influence and the holder of the authority.
The message aims to explain that moral influence is a defect that affects the will of one of the parties to the contract and makes the contract dependent on the will of the person affected by moral influence, and he has the right to approve or reject the contract.
