In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and his active participation in the success of the dialogue workshop entitled (Supporting the access of victims and those affected to the right to comprehensive reparation) held by the Al-Masala Organization for Human Resources Development, he was honored with a book Thanks and appreciation from Professor Ibrahim Ismail Ibrahim, Executive Director of the above organization. In turn, the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students congratulate Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
