As part of a series of strategic studies issued by the Ruaa Foundation for Documentation, Strategic and Future Studies, the scientific study titled (Towards Approving a National Strategy to Combat Suicide) by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul / one of the teachers in the Public Law Branch, was included in its seventh issue issued in June 2024. The study discussed the phenomenon of suicide, explaining its causes, identifying its treatments, and proposing an Iraqi strategy based on the approach of dealing with international and global organizations/the World Health Organization and the International Organization for Migration. The study came in an integrated scientific format and with an academic methodology that determined the research methods that can be used in the subject of the study to be a scientific reference for scholars. And researchers, in addition to its role in providing legal offices with scientific references of a specialized legal nature.
