Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the teachers of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through his participation in delivering specialized scientific lectures on the work of the comprehensive training course with its various axes (financial, administrative, legal, and administrative corruption), which was established by the Iraqi Ministry of Commerce on The halls of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul for the period May 12-16, 2024, in the presence of representatives of the branches of the Ministry of Commerce, the private sector, and unions in the governorates. Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Professor Atheer Daoud Salman, and in turn, congratulations to the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul. Mosul is represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university, and our proud Iraq.
