Dr. Ahmed Fares Idris, Rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Sunday, June 9, 2024, in the work of the workshop held by the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Engineering at the University of Mosul in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit of our college and the Women’s Affairs Committee headed by the University of Mosul, tagged (( Electronic Blackmail of Women – Reasons and Claims), which was held in the discussion room / Department of Mechatronics Engineering – College of Engineering. This workshop comes within the context of the scientific, cultural and community activities of the colleges of the University of Mosul and its research centers aimed at highlighting everything that would enhance awareness and prevention of Electronic crimes and explaining the role of the law in developing the necessary penal solutions to achieve social security and raise the level of societal awareness among women, which contributes to building a social and cultural environment that contributes to the protection of society and women.
