Dialogue session

Professor Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, one of the teachers of the public law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the dialogue session held by the Iraqi Council of Representatives at the Prime Minister’s Guest House in the capital, Baghdad, in cooperation with the European Foundation for Dialogue and Development, which dealt with rights and freedoms between the constitutional text and the justifications for the amendment. Participation in a research paper entitled The Requirements for Amendment in the Section on Constitutional Rights and Freedoms. The session witnessed the presence of constitutional experts from Germany, Portugal and Spain. This participation comes within the plans of the Deanship of our college and its programs in interacting and communicating with the departments and institutions of the state and its scientific, research and academic institutions and the role of this in contributing to the dissemination of legal culture in addition to On the effective role in developing skills and developing scientific and research capabilities.
