The Presidency of the University of Mosul issued a special university order assigning Professor Dr. Raqeeb Muhammad Jassim Al-Hamawi, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law, to assume the duties of chairing the UNESCO Chair at the University of Mosul. The Deanship of the College of Law, represented by its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, and the members of the College Council also facilitated And its academic and administrative staff and students extend their best congratulations and blessings to Dr. Raqeeb Muhammad Jassim, wishing him more creativity and generosity in his new tasks.
