The work of the development course held by the Continuing Education Unit, entitled “Advancing Administrative Work”, continues at the Faculty of Law at the University for the second day in a row on Monday, July 29, 2024, with Assistant Professor Dr. Rawaa Younis Al-Najjar, one of the lecturers in the Private Law Department at our college, giving her scientific lecture entitled “Challenging Competency Reports and Performance Evaluation”, in which she addressed the concept of the public employee, his basic conditions, duties and job obligations, as well as the concepts of job performance, evaluation, performance evaluation and the job performance adequacy report, with an explanatory presentation of the model employee information form approved by the Faculty of Law, as well as a model for the evaluation form. The lecture was attended by a number of college employees and lecturers who directed many questions and inquiries about the topic of the lecture, which were answered in detail by those in charge of it.
