In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through his delivery of specialized scientific lectures in scientific and training workshops and discussion groups held by the Continuing Education Center at the University of Tal Afar, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed Abdulaziz, President of Tal Afar University. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
