Assistant Professor Dr. Rafel Hassan Hamid, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Monday, August 26, 2024, in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled “Consultation of Constitutional Institutions over the Federal General Budget in Iraq and Their Role in Combating Financial Corruption – A Comparative Analytical Study / University of Kuwai. The discussion committee approved the above thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law. The above participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and lecturers of our dear college and our venerable university.
