In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Hoda Hadi Mahmoud, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in providing the best support and services on the occasion of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, she was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Abdul Qader Ahmed Hassan Al-Dakhil, Governor of Nineveh. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Hoda Hadi Mahmoud, wishing her more creativity and giving in the service of the scientific and humanitarian paths in the halls of our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
