In order to raise the level of legal culture and develop institutional performance to confront administrative corruption, the Planning Assistantship / Skills Development Department in the Nineveh Governorate Diwan, in cooperation with the University of Mosul / College of Law, held a training course entitled (Abuse of Power and Its Impact on Administrative Corruption) for the period September 1-8, 2024, with the participation of 100 trainees from state departments and institutions in Nineveh Governorate in the lecture hall of the Central Public Library, where Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Talal Younis Al-Jalili / one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department in our college participated as a lecturer in the work of the above course, which dealt with the concept of the administrative decision and its pillars, aspects and guarantees of individuals against the defect of abuse of power and the impact of abuse of power on the phenomenon of administrative corruption. The above participation comes within the plans and programs of the Deanship of our college in communicating with state departments and institutions and working to spread legal culture among the various segments and classes of society.
