Within the scientific and academic research movement at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Shaima Abdul Sattar Jabr, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department, has published a book entitled (Human Rights Violations under the Umbrella of International Legitimacy). This publication represents the continuous scientific efforts of our college members within the framework of seeking to reach specialized scientific theories that address modern developments facing societies within the context of life and societal development and the issues it generates that need solutions and treatments. This publication also represents the distinguished position of our venerable university and our dear college at all national and international levels.
