In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Hiba Muhammad Mohsen / College of Education at the University of Iraq in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and her participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the private law branch, Moataz Hamid Saleh, she was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
