College of Law

Based on University Order No. 31695/16/9 on 9/23/2024, Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Muhammad, one of the lecturers in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of Assistant Professor to the rank of Professor. In turn, the Deanship of the College, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Muhammad, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
