In the presence of Dr. Ayser Issam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and headed by Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Muhammad and the membership of Dr. Badran Shakib Abdul Rahman, Dr. Wissam Tawfiq Abdullah and Dr. Raya Sami, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Department met on Monday, September 30, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the master’s student Ahmed Riyad Fayyad under the supervision of Dr. Zeina Hazem Khalaf and in the presence of the faculty members of the department. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Department.
