Based on Ministerial Order No. 3732 dated September 10, 2024, and in view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in his management of the ninth examination center for evaluation examinations for all law colleges in Nineveh Governorate for the academic year 2023-2024, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students congratulate Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more giving and creativity in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
