On Sunday, October 6, 2024, Professor Dr. Muhammad Izzat Fadhel, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, headed the committee to discuss the master’s thesis entitled The Role of the Federal Supreme Court in Preserving the Supreme Interests of the Country – Constitutional Balance as a Model for the researcher Jalil Abdul Hussein Jafat / Department of Law at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies. The discussion committee approved the researcher’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in public law. This participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and lecturers of our dear college and our venerable university.
