In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Nikal Mahmoud Saloum / College of Law, Tikrit University in supporting scientific, cultural  studandent activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the private law branch, Salam Saleh Musleh, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
