In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Khaled Essam Khalil / College of Education for Girls at the University of Mosul in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the private law branch, Salam Saleh Musleh, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
