In view of the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Muhammad Younis Yahya, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in his work in the Central Committee for Practical Promotions at the University of Hamdaniya, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Aqil Yahya Hashim Al-Araji, President of the University of Hamdaniya. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Muhammad Younis Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
